Who operates TimeAgree?

This public website

This website explains the product. It does not currently offer customer registration, checkout or a contact form. We have not installed advertising or analytics trackers. Our hosting and DNS providers process network requests to deliver and protect the site. If you contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to send.

The private scheduling preview

The separate, access-controlled preview stores host profile settings, meeting types, availability and booking details. Booking records may include a guest’s name, email, timezone and notes. Owner-only workspace access protects booking lists; private guest management links are limited to the associated meeting.

Optional Google Calendar access

A connected host authorizes Google access and chooses calendars. The app stores the connected account identifier, email, selected calendar identifiers and an encrypted refresh credential. It checks busy intervals and can write private meeting titles, locations and times to the selected owned calendar. The current connection does not add attendees or send invitations.

Disconnecting removes the stored refresh credential; existing calendar events and booking records remain. You can also revoke access in your Google Account settings.

Prompt processing

The current guided setup parses prompts on the preview server and does not store prompt history. Open-ended AI processing is still being integrated. Its actual processing and retention notice will be updated before activation.

Retention and requests

Preview records remain until removed from the database; cancellation keeps a cancelled booking record. Automated account deletion and retention workflows are still being completed. Contact the operator to request review or removal of preview data. This notice does not promise that hosting logs or emailed correspondence are erased when a booking is cancelled.

This notice will be updated as verified production services become available. Public registration will include the applicable product privacy information.
